Swapnil Gupta, Director, Career launcher has duped me!

I am a student of Beant College of Engineering. I took admission in Career Launcher, Gurdaspur center. There, the centre manager Advocate Swapnil Gupta told me that I will be taught by some of the best faculty members - coming from Chandigarh & Amritsar. But all that I got was a local teacher who had very poor fundamentals. On complain I was given false assurances and when I again kept complaining all that I got was a threat to remain silent. He told me that he knows all the big goons in the city and I will be silenced if I raise a voice. Finally he offered me a discount in the Gurdaspur Business School (www.gbsonline.in), which is nothing but a one room institute where he said that he will charge Rs. 1000 per subject to let me cheat and pass some fake exams conducted by Sikkim manipal University or Lovely Professioanl University.

What should I do to get a refund? I have the fees bill of Career launcher. Whom should I complain. He also offered me Rs. 10000 if I can ensure that I get him a seminar and a placement program at my College.

Not only the interactions with him are frustrating and unprofessional he is a thoroughly unprofessional person.
