WRONG PARANTAGE

My daughter who is reading in Tagore internationl school paschim marg new delhi.her result was declered recently in which her parantage is written wrong insted of fathers name mothers name is written and insted of mother fathers name is written such as

Mothers name: veena koul

Fathers name: dileep kumar koul

but they have written wrong.

plz tell me how can i correct and where and in which dept of cbsc.
