Change of date of birth

Respected sir / madam

i want to change my date of birth in class 10th in cbse i wanna fo to foreign due to passport problem. I passed my class 10th in 2007 and. what is the procedure and what all documents are required? and within what days the correct certificates will be issued if i will go by hand as i have to go foreign.
