Death of birth

Respected Sir,

I am dibyani chourasiya. I am going to appear in 10th this year in 2011.Now There is a difference in my Date Of Birth in admit card of 10th board and Birth Certificate. The original DOB is 08/07/1994, but on my admit card it is 08/07/1996.I need to change it. What are the things I need to do to undergo the changes? i want to change it before my certificate come. Hoping your reply.
