Not returning fees back

My name is AMOD KUMAR PAL working in ASAP automation indranager as a jr. Software developer.

I had joined cegonsoft on 20th Jan for full dot net course which includes C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, SILVER LIGHT and ASP.NET Ajax, WF, LINQ, AJAX and paid total fees 21, 133/- RS.

Total duration of the course was approximately 3 months but after the completion of the 50 days we are still on the C# and still some topics are pending like maths & data functions, Exception handling, working with interface and collection, file handling, multi-threading, boxing and unboxing, delegates.

I already complaint about the facility is not good. They are telling wrong concepts and they teach us from PPT and Csharpstation.com’s material. There are no practical sessions. In our class not even a single student can make k simple program (like Fibonacci series, prime number).

Our batch timing is 11:30 to 1:30 from Monday to Friday but our class never started on time. Every time somebody disturb our teacher in the middle of the class for the project.

If i talk about lab then that lab has only 4 or 5 PC in which visual studio is installed and we are 7 to 8 students in the class that means we can’t practice in that lab.

As they promise me that he will arrange ADVANCE DOT NET class on Saturday and Sunday on 10:00 am and inform me on Friday (11th mar) about the course regarding information, but he neither inform me nor reply for my message and phone call.

I reached at 10 am on Saturday and found that institute is closed.

I think it is institute responsibility to inform students that today institute is closed or there is some rescheduling in the timing of the class, because if you he call for fees then why not for classes reschedule (as i had so many reminder calls for depositing of fees at the time of joining)

And i am not alone who is suffering form same story but Mr. ATUL gupta (8951149056), Miss Surajita (9916624306), Mr. Subha (08880259054) and many more students are also.

In last i have decided that i will try to complete my basic course from here and will discontinue for ADVANCE DOT NET course.

Because in the recipt and the invoice form it is written that “ in case student wishes to discontinue from advance module, he/she will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining amount ”

But still they are not returning my fees
