Non refund of deposits

The college received deposit of Rs.182400, for admission to the BDS course. The student got admitted in the Govt, college Raipur via CGPMT merit list. The college in anticipation of seat allotment in counselling on 30.9. taken the deposits on 26.8.2010.

After applying for refund on 30.9. they verbally assured one month, but not answering any correspondances, mails thereafter.

Their intension is not very clear.

I want my money refunded.
