RTGS not credited to my SBI Account

Dear Sir,

It is submitted that we have joint account No:31122971940 in SBI, Chilamathur, Branch code:11989, Anantapur District. On 25th July one trainee Rs.15000/- transfered through RTGS No: SYB on 11206301606 from State Bank of Patiala, Daulatpur Chowk from A/c. No:55096441774 account holder Dharam Chand. I confirmed my bank there is no credit so far and also contacted with State Bank of Patiala branch, they said my side is Ok RTGS successfully done and also got account holder passbook copy shown as debited to his account of Rs.15006/-. But in bank account there is no reflection (Credit) so far. Kindly persue the matter on priority.
