Irth name correction

Dear sir madam

I register my new born baby name at chidambaram municipality with in 10 days i took the birth certificate too, but soon after i find there is some thing our family name missing with infent name, so again i went and i do application, but the officer refuse and refuse so they took my sign before the baby name is not changable, but its not change but want to add, then i complain to RTI, two times so please guide me legal advice please i hope your good advice thanks
