Re-lecture not provided

This happened to me at the powai branch of climbfirst when my train was running late and I was half hour late for Sunday batch. They did not allow me to attend the Sunday batch. When i asked for an explanation they said that i had missed a major part and i have to attend the evening batch. But when i said i had to go out in the evening they said that there would be no re-lecture after this. I do not understand how can they do this to me? I demand a re – lecture for the same
