To know that it is good institute or not for taining and after completing training, can they provide placement?

Dear sir,

I am a job seeker in microbiology field. Clonegen biotech institute in noida sent me a mail for training purpose, they also give training details and fees structure. There are various type of training batch-one is 4 months training batch (fees-30, 000). After complete this training they said that they provided placement.

So i want to know that this institute is fraud or not. Are they guide better for training or not? Has their any placement facility or not?
