Taking fee but not giving facility

I am the institute of CNCS sakchi satapdi tower 2nd floor.

my complain is that they take extra fee RS 2000 after the fee of University.institute is affiliated by Punjab technical university. without any reason they are taking extra fee also and not providing basic facility of education even. Also they take extra money in last sem exam otherwise they make student fail. They threat that your result will not come if u say any thing. Please take necessary action soon.
