B.S.A.CRESCENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE-CAMPUS-REASONS FOR REJECTION OF CANDIDATE ID-2772272

I am M.P.Fathima Farzaana, currently pursuing final year B.E.(Computer Science) at B.S.A.Crescent Engineering College (Affiliated to Anna University). I have undergone the Cognizant Campus Recruitment Process on Sept 8th at our college campus but was rejected. I am desperate to know the reasons for my rejection inspite of performing well in the interview.

My aggregate is 8.60 (Department Second). I have no history of arrears and standing arrears. I was one among the six nominees shortlisted for the post of brand ambassador (Xperience Cognizant) from our college.

Since the result was negative, i sat for the selection process of another company. I reached the final HR round there. I was thrown up a question on why CTS rejected such a well-qualified candidate. I too was wondering because candidates with standing arrears and those who didnt perform that well were selected by Cognizant.
