Collecting Fees

The worst school in Turicorin is Kamak Nursery & Primary School. My daughter studied 1st std there, due to transfer I asked for Transfer Certificate but they compelled myself to pay full year fees for giving TC. This is too much. Already they are collecting more fees than the government fixed. I have paid Rs.15000/- for two months education for Ist Std. They are running school only for earnings (profit) not for students education. I don't know where I need complaint for this.
