Poor baterry perfomence, Not at all Charging, Produsing Heavy heat

Poor battery performance, Producing heavy Heat, Adapter not at all Charging, RAM speed is not like a 4GB very slow. I have Complain this to my nearest Service Center but they are not Respecting. I hav Plain to another TWO more Laptops but if it is like this means how can purchase...?
