Course not delivered what promised

I have posted a complain about an Equity Research & Investment Banking Course conducted by BSE Training Institute & Corporate Bridge Academy on 25th August about unsatisfactory conduct of Course.By somehow I manage to complete the course but now they are not giving certificate.

And their office in Delhi has been changed. When I call to the respective person, Surbhi (9873609875) &kankan (9811774176), their cell showing switched off. I lost my money 15000/-.I am going to sue the organisation and to dheeraj vaidya, who is the owner of this organisation ...--Somil Rastogi (9654555312)
