False (extra) payment entry

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received the credit card statement for Feb-March. Thank you for the same. But, I see an extra entry as mentione below.

I was paying application fees for MS admission in USA throuh your credit card for my sons during Feb. While the payment went well till Feb-23, the card got blocked after that (may be because of repeated use). And, it started working from Feb-26 only after I called customer care. But, in this statement I see an additional payment on Feb-24 to Polytechnic Univ. while I already paid to this Univ. for both my sons (2xUSD 75) on Feb-23. For each payment university provides a receipt which I am not able to enclose now due to unacceptable format.

So, you are requested to kindly check and revert this additional payment which was not at all made in reality.
