DBF certificate
Not received Regd Post

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I, Sandeep Rauniyar, have not received my certificate which has been dispatched from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance from Delhi.

The registered post vide RPL no. 195 dispatched on 4.06.2010 has not been received at my communication address:

This regd post contained a cerfificate of mine for passing the DBF exam which has not been received. I have also mailed and asked about the same to the institute which issued this certificate but they have replied that they have dispatched it on 4.06.2010 and it is also in status of delivered.

I have also contacted the post office at Gorakhnath where my letters and other documents come through regd post, but the officials over there have no idea where my regd post is. Please help me to get my certificate as it is the result of hardwork of 1 year.
