Delay in result

Dear sir

i m the student of punjabi university with registration no. GRC (B).588 of bachelor of arts courses. last year i give the exams of 1st year wide roll no. 31173. but my result not declared and our college didn't tell us the main problem. but now again i give the above exams with roll no. 30716. but the university not declared my result. you see i lost my one year due to university mistakes. kindly help me.
