Verification of certificate

Sir

i am kanchan verma and i have done B.A honours from Moti lal Nehru college.and now i got job in U.P (Primary Teacher) for this i have send my certificate for verification and it has been 1 month my deptt. have not received any information. Some days back i made enquiry in D U (north campus) and i was shocked as they are saying that they have not received any document. I confirmed it in Malka ganj post office by giving the speed post no.they said that they have delivered it to the D U.So sir please help me in this regard.
