Hello sir!

I want to bring your attention towards a serius issue that indicate that how dedicated our government is towards research and dovelopement in the field of science in india. Sir about one year ago government announced a scheme for 10, 000scholarships for higher education (it is called INSPIRE SCHOLARSHIP) for bright students of the country to promote research in the field of science in india. According to this, one student would get 60, 000 rupees per year just after passing the 12th class to persue a carrier in the field of basic sciences. The selection was done on the basis of merit and it was very tough. The first advertisement of this scholarship issued in august and its almost one year since then., Though i have been selected for this scholarship but have not received the money even after one year.

Sir i just want to ask a question that why our government make promise to give scholarship when it can not deliver it on time? What is the use of it when sudents can not get the money even to submit their acadmic fee on time? Will this scheme launched by government, to promote research, gain its predefined goal if it can not deliver the money on time?

And also if it happens like it may be possible that currupt and unmovable government officers would eat up that money. there mey be a big curruption scandel in department of science and technology as they never reply an email too. The feedback option given on that website never works.

sir i request you, please look into the matter seriusly and do what you consider to be justifide in the public interest.
