Pressure of paying dues

Sir, I am a student of Dev Bhoomi Groups of Institutions (DBGI), Dehradun, Uttrakhand. I am a last year student of bacholar degree. We the students are unnecessary pressurerised by the management of institute for paying remaining dues. The amount of dues is not so very high but we are not in the condition to pay our dues at given time by institute.
