DIMR south ex-2 new delhi is harassing employees

Hi

i worked in DIMR round about 6 months. i always had a question that why they dnt have any tenure staff in there institute bt when i came to know it was to late.

the day i left the job. the behaviour of the employer had totally changed. been there for around 5-6 times for clearing my rest amt due for salary bt no one actually responded gud.

in last they said it was clearly written in your offer letter that you need to give 2 months advance resignation. bt on the day of leaving the job when i submitted my resignation clearly mentioning there that i will be leaving this job by today only.

while accepting the same no1 said anything frm my manager to employer.

although it is also not mentioned in the offer letter that your 1-2months salary will not be given in the case you leave.

even while accepting the resignation also no1 said anything for the same.

the same has been with various employees in the company. and we all are going through from the same.

if some1 can help us that would be really greatful.
