Pathetic condition of books

Hello

I am resident of Gurgaon. I am a member of District Library, Old Gurgaon since 2003. Books are source of knowledge & also the work of great authors. We should respect each & every book we have. However the condition of District Library is damn pathetic. The racks are so dirty. The books are not getting proper care. The arrangement of books is not up to mark. The rooms where book racks are placed are not proper lightened. I was shocked to see the condition of books there & decided to seek a complain. I would request to the Library Officials to do the needful for our Library.
