I submitted my pf claim along with form no. 10C & 19 duly signed by my employer on 19/05/10. But the claim was rejected by Kolkata, Park Street office (under Gr.6) due to some peculiar reasons. They did not inform me about the rejection. When I contacted with the office and concerned person. He told me that returned back my form to my ex-employer because they did not submit Form no. 5 & 5A. But when I contacted with my ex-office, they told me that they have submitted all necessary documents to P.F office, and they have nothing to do regarding this.

Now, I don't know what to do. I am unnecessarily being harrased by both the concern official of Park Street office as well as my ex employer. Pls help.
