Fraud amounting to Rs 40, 000/ in name of providing B.Ed Course °ree from J&K University, Srinaga

My wife- Smt Ruchi Jain and my sister-in law Smt Alpana Jain took admission in Dolphin College of Teacher Training in 2007 for pursueing B.Ed. course through Correspondence laeding to award of degree. But after taking Rs 40, 000/ per student the Dolphin College of Teacher Training incharge vanished from the address and there were Police persons when we went to check out ourselves. Now we came to know that teh Sh Rochak Sharam and his wife Smt. Jasmine have been booked for fraud of similer nature amounting to Rs 65 lakhs for many students. hence please help us getting back our fees etc and compensation for loss of time in getting the degree
