Extra money charging for B Ed

Doon College of education saharanpur is charging 32000 Rs extra other than 30000 Rs of counselling.

The college is like a robbers place . every body is cheater there. Only asking money. Also from zero fees candidates they are asking 62000Rs while university said that the fees of zero fees candidates will be directly deposit in account of college. Please take serious action otherwise some of student will be trouble and will do suicide because many are not in the condition of giving money
