Fee regarding

My name is Nikhil Nagpal. I am from Panipat. I wanted to do BAMS. But the government counselling for BAMS got late. So, I had taken admission in B.Pharmacy in Doon Valley College, Karnal at 31 aug. 2009.I had deposited Rs.25000 in the college. They committed me that they will give my money back to me if I get admission in BAMS. I got admission in BAMS in third counselling. So now am doing BAMS from CH.Devi Lal College, Yamuna Nagar. I used to visit many times to the college, but they are making several lie execuses. I have to pay my fee in Ch. Devi Lal College. I am a fatherless boy. The only source of income is my elder brother but he is earning not so much. So I want you to please help me. I shall be thankful to you for your kindness.
