Children standing in the Bus

It has been almost a month since the school has been started and still the DPS East transport department is struggling to manage the buses... everyday some kids in many routes are standing on the way to school, and many kids are squeezed in the seats, we don't pay 16000 and 17000 for our kids to to travel like this in bus.

I understand the transport has been outsourced in the school but isn't it the school's responsibility also to see to the problem since it is their kids who are suffering. We as parents rely on the school and send our children, it would be better if the management does something about it before some kid gets hurt or parents take some adverse action.
