Asking for donation as prerequisite to admission

My name is Ravinder Singh, having own business in high tech sector, an iitian and my wife is professor in a college. in last winter we applied for admission for this session of our younger son in DPS Greater noida for nursery . child is normal rather extrovert, was already going to a play school. During interaction with Principal she asked if we will be paying donation of at least 10000 for their own society which she claimed works for underpriviliged children, we said we do lot of charity oversleves and will surely consider for their society once our child gets in school . she informed, this decision has to be made at that moment only, i.e during interaction. we refused stating we dont take decisions of charity on conditions.

Eventually our child's name was not there in DPS admission list.

They do this so shamelessly I wonder if any one from administration do anything about it???

Is there any other authority to complain all this and take them to book, before eventually to court??
