Sir, i am a student of B.Tech. 4th year from dr rizvi college of engg affilated to uptu. Sir in my college, college staffs are demanding 8-9 thousand rs. for providing scholership. and this is not for that year. every year they demands some money for scholership. we can't say anything because our internal marks depends upon the college.we have to give the money.

they say to us if we will not give the money they will reject out further year scholership.

sir please help me to provide my scholarship without giving any cost... and please don't open my name please...
