Fraud Commitments, delayed Batches

Hi, I have joined for 45 days course in DUCAT NOIDA, which has been extended to 6Months now, their faculty is kept on changing all the time. It was good till the time they have not taken money, they used to call me every time. But after I paid the money there was no update on whether the class will happen or not. And when I asked for the refund there someone Name; Gaurav said its non refundable.

I am completely shattered now and don't no what to do.
