I had lost my Orginal Certificate and had applied for Duplicate after 4 Months I had gone to recieve the Duplicate Certificate. They told me to receive it i have to bring some person from the Concerned Branch where i have studied.

FHow logicaly is it possible i have completed 16 years back and so many changes would have happened in the department. If i have approached lecture to identify. how will he able to identify me or will he agree to come with me to the admin office and tell them that he knows me. How stupid the procedure is formed in the institution from where students are passed out. Some how went to the dept. caught hold of a peon who agreed to come after paying some amount. Any how i got my certificate But i felt realy sad about institution who them selves are creating a Way to Corruption...

Is this the way to show our Identification...?? By paying Money and bringing a Person
