Bottom bobbin thread was not picking by needle

I have brought the easy sew, my order no.1976475. After replacing the bottom bobbin the needle in not picking the bottom thread. kindly guide us to install the bottom bobbin. if any video clip is avaliable, kindly for ward to my mail ID basav_245@yahoo.com. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
