Not got any of my semester marksheets

Espected sir, i took admission in this institute in 2008 in Bsc electronic media. Now i m in last semester of this graduation course but i havenot got any of my semester marksheet. And one more problem is there that from first semester my surname one my exam admit card is wrong. I complained to my director SACHIN SINGH many times but nothing happend. Then i sended RTI to the university (MCRV Bhopal). And then i came to know that the semester fees haven't been sent from the institute to university and hence marksheet are not being released from university. What should i do. Whenever i ask for this correction our director makes exqueses and try to escape. And i am worried if i took any hard action personally my practical marks will be deducted... i know they can do this. Plz guid me..
