Bribe Taken by Clerk

Dear Sir,

Just to bring under your kind notice that on 26/5 my wife & I went to Deputy Director’s PUC Section Office, Basavangudi, Bangalore (Karnataka). We wanted our daughter’s marks card to attested by Deputy Direcor’s signature as well as seal. It was only 5 minutes work but the cleark who was incharge he made us to wait for one & half hours. More over when Deputy Director signed&stamped on the PUC Marks card after that also Cleark was not ready to give us without taking money. As we were badly in need of an attested copy of the marks card so at last we paid 100/-Rs & took our marks card. As my daughter is changing the college so the attestation was very necessary.
