Delay in the settlement of PF

Dear Sir / Ma'am

I had submitted my PF form on 05-04 in the office of my previous employer (DPS Varanasi) with the confirmation that my PF money will be transferred to my account at least by the month of May. But I have not received any money til date. Besides, I am now asked to submit a blank cheque to the DPS office which is now required by the PF office by a new rule. I would like to know the detailed process of PF money transfer and would be very thankful to the authority if they solve the problem for me. Since I reside in West Bengal, it is not possible for me to rush to Varanasi to check what's wrong. My PF no is UP-VN-31217/201.
