Enquiry Contact Numbers Always ringing and the reception Does not talk properly

HI,

There is contact us tab in Mumbai university website (www.mu.ac.in) in which for General Enquiry Contact Two numbers are there (Kalina Campus: 26543000 / 26543300.)

This Both the numbers are always ringing and Noone answer the phone till you call atleast repeted 3-4 attempts (Sometime No answer).

Today I called to Enquire about the Distribution of Marksheets and the admition dates. And the answer the lady gven is (Check on the website after 2-3 days) and hang up the phone, again i called to ask why you disconnect the phone till you answer the queries, then the way she talked was not in good manner.

Just want to raise this because most of the people call the enquiry just to avoide the time to travell to university and waste the money on the internet. and Atleast the operater Pickup the phone and answer the queroes of students in proper Manner.
