Non receipt of epf pension since jan

My name is Prem Lal

I have retired from NTPC LTD. on 30-11-20`10 as Additional General Manager.

I have been receiving EPF pension from Shimla EPF office.

Since january i have not received EPF pension although i have submitted life certificate twice through SBI Bhuntar Kulu

My PPO No. is 10519.

May i request to please help me getting my epf pension.
