Misbehaviour at home premises and phone

My daughter is going to summer camp in euro kids basveshwarnagar. Since we were out for an emergency for 2 days we had to go out and the van arranged for pick up didnt turn up the third day. When i called up they said we cant come today after being paid all the fees. The school is more supportive to these van drivers who create scenes in front of our houses than the parents themselves. The school people are also behaving very rude. They could also call up in turn and ask if your child is coming. The person by name shruti has misbehaved and not communicating over phone.please tell me how to send my child now for remaining.
