Mismanagement and carelessness of School Teachers

I wanted to bring to your notice the extreme carelessness and casual attitude of the Euro Kids school Teachers and Administration.

My son Adi Pareek, studying in Play Group in Euro Kids was participating in the Annual function on 11 March. As per the invitation card which was sent by the School we were informed to be present at the venue - Symbiosis Auditorium, viman nagar by 10:40 am IST. I reached there with my son and family on time as this my son's first Annual function and it was a very special, proud and emotional moment for me and my family. However when we recahed the venue we saw that the program had already started and the most disappointing part was that the event in which my son was scheduled to take part was already over. When we reached out to the School staff we were informed that it was a typo error from their end in the Annual day invitation card. Then later realizing that we were unhappy about this entire incident my son was put in for another event with elder kids and obviously he was not prepared for it and cried throughout the event.

The point I am trying to convey is the careless attitude of the school staff has led to my child's first Annual day experience of his childhood to be spoiled. The teachers have also played with the feelings and emotions of me and my family.

Challenge here is the lack of ownership and management in the school which leads to such issues. I request to the panel to look into the matter and bring in stronger governance and penalty for the school and the parent organization for such mishaps.
