Online Test Series ordered but after successful payment no links to tests were working

There is a website examcrazy.com which appear to conduct online test series for various exams on behalf of repute coaching institutes like made easy, the gate academy etc.

I purchased a test series fro this link of the website

After successful payment i must be able to appear in the tests mentioned but no such link still works.

It says given test is not live please contact support.

Company website said that a separate login would be provided but it was never done. instead since then i have been in no communication . i mailed them three times through support link and sending email from my id.
