Fraud by college, students career at stake

Sir i m student of Excel Business Academy, bangalore. our college has done a big fraud with us. they are not delivering anything they promissed and chairman has threatened students that he will not allow students to rite exam . he is asking us to pay fees but in return he is not providing anything as promissed in brousher. they cahrging 4.5 lakhs . when we asked them to change our course, then showed dictatorship and threatned students by saying do what you can .so pls sir want your help regarding this. aroung 100 students career is at stake. so pls pls pls help us. or guide us what we can do to save ourselves from this situation . as studnts have taken loans from banks and not getting anything promissed by institution. nor job, nor even degree. pls help us.
