Certificates not recieved

HI all,

I would like to complaint about the EXIN who provides ITIL certification, I completed my Examas on March 28 & still i didn't Rxed my certificate till this date. The address provided is 100% correct.

After providing all the information they asked in their website through contact option, still i'am waiting for the certificate. This really sucks, I paid huge amount for get trained & I had a career plan of moving out to a different Employeer which is getting delayed all because of them.

They say they Provide Best practices through ITIL which they do not have best practice in sending the certificates mail to the candidates who completed the online Exams successfully.

My piece of advice for everyone is get in touch with the Institute & EXIN before you take up the online Exam..
