PF AMOUNT NOT ISSUED AS PROMISED

The PF withdrawal form has been submitted to the PF Regional Office on 19 June-09. Becasue the PF office was shifting from Nehru Place to Wazirpur the office did not allow submission of the forms in April. Finally they accepted the form in June and promised that because they have delayed in accepting the PF withdrawal forms, they would make the payments within a month. But the promise has failed and i have still not received the PF amount in my bank. The PF account no is DL-33811-127. I request you to follow up on this and release the amount to the bank given in my request form.
