How to complain about anyone using Fake Caste Certificate

Hello Friends,

It is very very disappointing to hear and experience situations like these especially in a competitive education system with lots brilliant students competing and striving hard to reach their career goals, to use a FAKE CASTE CERTIFICATE just to enjoy the benefits and loyalty out of it and deceiving other brilliant students in the universities.

I have come across once such incident few days ago and i want complain this to the Educational authorities of Karnataka State. Please advice on as to how to proceed and get an immediate action on this.
