Original Degree from JNTU kakinada

Hello,

I'm Fakharul and have completed my B.tech in 2009. I've been recruited by a Saudi company and for the visa procedures, they've asked for the certificates. The problem here with me is that they require convocation degree which I'm not having. I've applied for the convocation degree 7 months ago n still the certificate has not reached. when i call the JNTU kakinada, they say the are waiting for the governor as he is busy we are not able to do the convocation. They've been this from march till now there is no response. so pls help me if there is any other way to get the OD before this convocation otherwise I'll loose the job opportunity
