Delay in speed post delivery

I had sent an important document through speed post from Siliguri to Hyderabad on 2nd November. It was expected to reach by 6th November. But it has not been received till 12th November. I called on the number given on the site, they said they are tracking the article. I have been calling the post office since 3 days. please help sir. Its very urgent.. I need the article immediately.
