Delay and misbehave

I had enroll for oracle in niit, c.p. in 2007.whenever i joined a batch faculty get changed and due to this i left 3 batches.now Mrs. sakshi is teaching us. As she is teaching very well she is also leavining in between and new teacher is coming.when we decided to talk to GL about our problem she doesn't get ready to listen and providining us with a teacher who is not certified in oracle.
