Non availability of G2H mobile battery and Touch screen is not working

I have purchased a mobile phone Viz. Fly phone (DS500) during the year August in kakinada, Andhra pradesh. Since 4 months i am facing problems with this phone as touch screen is not working properly. The battery backup is only 6 to 11 hrs. I have approached several times to the selling point, they are giving service centre address, but he is not available. AS a management studies professor i am sorry to say this, that fly phone company is cheating the customers. They are utterly failure with regard to "after sales service". The service men available here is not a authorised and professinal tecnician.

Can you give whre I could get a good service and a new mobile battery?
