False Information & Rude behaviou

The complaint is about the false and rude practices of an employee of Focus Edu Care.

My Name is Kavita and I and my friend (Ravi) had visited Focus Edu Care two months back. You won’t believe what kind of treatment the centre manager of Focus Edu Care had given. Truly this guy is a fool because he doesn’t know what information he is giving or how to put forward the information or probably Focus Edu Care wants such people as their employees so that they can fool the students and generate profit. Education is the last thing in their mind cause even after complaining via mail about the rude and unprofessional behavior of the centre manager (Mr. Manish) we haven’t received any mail or what so ever from Focus Edu Care. It is really shameful on the part of Mr. Manish to provide wrong information and insult me and my friend. I mean why should he insult us by saying that we don’t know anything about the clinical research program I was actually expecting some sort of guidance from him (Mr. Manish) but instead he gives us wrong information about the program. I mean why such a person who is at such a higher position would lie to us? And after complaining about the incident that happened with us what response we have received none!!! I am really thankful that I and my friend had not enrolled here where people or students are treated as some animals and admissions are done by cheating and lying to students
